Tom’s signature rocker chopper, in a piece of native timber with striking honey-and-amber figuring. Same form as our standard Left-Handed chopper, in a piece of native timber with striking honey-and-amber figuring. Each one is shaped to the wood it came from, so every piece is unique. Equally good for finishing herbs, pastry, soft chocolate — or for sitting on the bench, looking like a small piece of sculpture. Salvaged NZ native timber (figured). Approx. 12 × 14cm. Food-safe plant-based finish. Hand-wash only.
