Pukatea Serving Platter, Ahi Edition

A heritage serving platter in Pukatea, made for Ahi and signed by hand on the base. An Ahi exclusive. Tom Muir hand-shapes each platter from a single piece of salvaged Pukatea — one of Aotearoa’s most distinctive native timbers, prized for its honey tones and rippled grain. Every piece is signed on the underside ‘Ahi · Pukatea’ alongside Tom’s Kitchen Artefacts maker’s mark. Made for sashimi, canapés, a whole roasted fish brought to the table — the kind of platter that ends up at the centre of every long lunch you host for the next thirty years. Salvaged NZ Pukatea. Approx. 35–40cm. Engraved base for provenance. Food-safe plant-based finish. Hand-wash only. Grain and tone will vary piece to piece — that’s the point.

$396.75 inc. gst
